Founder & President
An industry veteran for over 20 years, Founder Rick Cameron launched Sign System Solutions in 2004 to address a growing demand for team-driven, innovative and effective way-finding solutions. Under Rick’s leadership, some of the world’s largest and most respected brands have been long time clients.
Rick credits his team’s talent and passion for their client’s success. Rick is a former Division I College athlete, lover of wine, Nantucket, golf and is always thinking about the next big idea.

ERIN DESHLER
Director of Planning & Design
Founding Member, Erin Deshler has over 20 years of industry experience and has personally developed signage and wayfinding systems at over 500 facilities throughout the United States. She is versed in all areas of code compliance, understands manufacturing and industry best practices, and utilizes her background in interior design to create dynamic programs. Although Erin thrives in structure, order and organization, she loves that every day is different!
Erin is a true underwater adventurist and also enjoys spending time with her family and her Mastiff dogs.
ERIN DESHLER

Sr. Project Manager
With combined natural gifts of attention-to-detail and exceptional communication skills, Deb has managed hundreds upon hundreds of wayfinding projects throughout her extensive and distinguished career. She manages all the details from concept to installation, and delights in working closely with our clients.
Deb loves to travel, enjoys flower gardening, her beloved cats, and bird watching.

ANDREA DIBLASI
Sr. Graphic Designer
Andrea has successfully collaborated with hundreds of clients in designing and developing custom architectural signage projects. She spends her time extensively researching the latest design and Eco-friendly material trends, always keeping Sign System Solutions ahead of the curve. Andrea finds inspiration in music, art, her children and the work she does helping support a local pit bull rescue, striving to create memorable and impactful designs with purpose.

JOHANNA "JOSIE" SAVASTANO
Project Manager
As a former college basketball athlete, time management, teamwork, work ethic, dedication, and confidence were all critical to her team’s success. These ideals are natural extensions of her personality and are evident with her clients and colleagues at Sign Systems. Josie genuinely enjoys all aspects of managing projects of all sizes from concept to the final reveal, when the project comes to life.
During her off time, Josie enjoys adventuring outdoors, running around with her three kids, and walking her chocolate lab, Buzzy.

Project Manager

Accounting/Finance Manager
Stacy’s organizational skills, charming disposition, and comprehensive financial accounting expertise seamlessly blend into the culture and spirit of Sign System Solutions. An alumnus of BCBSMA, she honed her accounting, bookkeeping, tax and financial skills for 12 years prior to joining the Sign System Solutions team.
Stacy’s passions include travel, cooking, outdoor adventures, and especially volunteer work.

Lauren has fulfilled many different roles at Sign System Solutions, her latest being a member of our print production department, allowing our unique signage & wayfinding designs to come to life. She is a recent graduate of Penn State University, earning her B.A. in Media Studies in the Bellisario College of Communications.
Lauren is a huge fan of Boston sports, cooking, music & concerts, and all things Penn State!

Keith is an enthusiastic football and hockey fan and enjoys travelling with his wife as well as rescuing cats and dogs from local animal shelters.

She graduated from Worcester State University and worked shortly as a Clinical Research Assistant, but a strong passion for Graphic Design and the Arts is what brought her to our Design Department. Lindsay also enjoys dance classes and film photography.
